Past Masters Collection
Although they were not albums released by the Beatles while the band was still together, the Past Masters CDs provide a comprehensive cover of the singles released by the Beatles unavailable on the albums. In order to own copies of some of their most popular numbers, such as "Hey Jude", the harder, faster version of "Revolution", or even "I Want To Hold Your Hand", it is nessecary to obtain these CDs. There are two volumes of the Past Masters Collection, covering the early and the later Beatles' years, the split between the two CDs being somewhere about 1965.
